National Sales Representative

Our client, Plastrol, a dynamic and rapidly expanding company in the electrical engineering industry, is looking for a Sales Representative / Key Account Manager to establish and grow their presence in Romania. Initially, your focus will be on the Romanian market, with the potential to expand into the Balkans as our business develops.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage Plastrol’s operations in Romania
- Identify and acquire new customers
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Build long-term, positive business partnerships
- Meet and exceed sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the electrical industry or a related field
- Strong knowledge of the electrical industry
- Advanced English skills (written & spoken) – mandatory
- Ability to present commercial offers and negotiate terms effectively
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently
- Excellent interpersonal skills: negotiation, presentation, organization, and communication
- A proactive and results-oriented approach
